Formal concept analysis is the process of data analysis mechanism with emergent attractiveness across various fields such as data mining, robotics, medical, big data and so on. FCA is helpful to generate the new learning ontology based techniques. In medical field, some growing kids are facing the problem of representing their knowledge from their gathered prior data which is in the form of unordered and insufficient clustered data which is not supporting them to take the right decision on right time for solving the uncertainty based questionnaires. In the approach of decision theory, many mathematical replicas such as probability-allocation, crisp set, and fuzzy based set theory were designed to deals with knowledge representation based difficulties along with their characteristic. This paper is proposing new ideological blended approach of FCA with FLC and described with major objectives: primarily the FCA analyzes the data based on relationships between the set of objects of prior-attributes and the set of attributes based prior-data, which the data is framed with data-units implicated composition which are formal statements of idea of human thinking with conversion of significant intelligible explanation. Suitable rules are generated to explore the relationship among the attributes and used the formal concept analysis from these suitable rules to explore better knowledge and most important factors affecting the decision making. Secondly how the FLC derive the fuzzification, rule-construction and defuzzification methods implicated for representing the accurate knowledge for uncertainty based questionnaires. Here the FCA is projected to expand the FCA based conception with help of the objective based item set notions considered as the target which is implicated with the expanded cardinalities along with its weights which is associated through the fuzzy based inference decision rules. This approach is more helpful for medical experts for knowing the range of patient’s memory deficiency also for people whose are facing knowledge explorer deficiency

Objective: Using RP-HPLC, a simple, accurate, and exact method for estimating the Nefopam Hydrochloride parenteral dose form was devised. Methods: The isocratic mode of the RP-HPLC method used an Inertsil C8 column as the stationary phase and a mobile phase of potassium dihydrogen phosphate with pH 3.0: Acetonitrile (70:30) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. With UV detection at 220 nm, a flow rate of 1 ml/min was established. Results: The developed RP-HPLC technique revealed acceptable linearity (R2 = 0.9998) and good assay results in the concentration range of 0.004–0.08 mg/ml (103.3 percent). Further forced degradation investigations using 0.1N Hydrochloric acid (acid degradation), 0.1NNaOH (base degradation), and 3 percent H2O2 (Hydrogen peroxide) were carried out using RP-HPLC, and percent degradation values were determined. In peroxide degradation conditions, the medication was shown to be unstable. Conclusion: In compliance with ICH requirements, the developed procedures were validated

Objective: For the measurement and quantification of Dexketoprofen Trometamol and Tramadol Hydrochloride, a rapid, sensitive, and reliable RP-HPLC technique using the Waters HPLC System with PDA detection was designed and validated. Methods: Chromatography was carried out on an Inertsil-ODS C18 (250 x 4.6 mm, 5) column with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and effluent of 240 nm using filtered and mixed Degassed Methanol: Buffer (75:25) v/v as a mobile phase. Results: Dexketoprofen Trometamol and Tramadol hydrochloride has a retention time of 3.617 min and 5.013 min, respectively. % recovery for Dexketoprofen trometamol and tramadol hydrochloride was found to be 100.21% and 100.20%, respectively. LOD and LOQ values obtained for Dexketoprofen trometamol and tramadol hydrochloride are 0.074µg/ml, 0.225µg/ml and 0.175µg/ml, 0.531µg/ml respectively. Regression equation of Dexketoprofen trometamol is y = 7446.1273x-284.0702 and y = 39535.8782x-1580.4211 of Tramadol hydrochloride. Conclusion: Dexketoprofen trometamol and tramadol hydrochloride has developed and validated in pharmaceutical dosage form using RP-HPLC method

Not AvailableCastor is an important non-edible oilseed crop having huge industrial and export potential. It is used as an efficient lubricant for high-speed engines and as an ingredient in several commodities. There is a critical need to identify or to improve the germplasm lines with desirable characters. In the present study, 82 germplasm lines were evaluated in augmented design to estimate the genetic parameters viz., PCV, GCV, heritability and genetic advance as per cent of mean, principal component analysis and correlation studies. Results showed that the difference between PCV and GCV was low indicating less impact of environment on trait expression. Heritability (broad sense) and genetic advance as per cent of mean values were high for all the traits thus role of additive gene action is found important in governing the traits. Cluster analysis studies revealed that all the genotypes were grouped into eight clusters and cluster VIII documented the highest mean values for hundred seed weight and plant yield. The entries PRC-2 and PCS-337 recorded higher hundred seed weights of 56.5 and 48.6 g, respectively and in turn higher yield. These lines can be utilized as parents in the hybrid development programme for yield improvement. Correlation studies revealed that plant yield showed a significant positive association with all the characters except for days to 50% flowering. Thus selection for these traits viz., primary spike length, effective primary spike length, the number of effective spikes per plant, the number of capsules per spike and hundred seed weight will be advantageous in attaining higher yields. Not Availabl
